1. General, definitions and identity of the operator
This website (the "Site") is operated by עוסק מורשה (licensed dealer) אדיר ראובן לב רועה, dealer no. [להשלמה], trading under the brand "סלהוב — החברה המרכזית להדברות" (Salhov — The Central Pest Control Company) (the "Operator" or the "Company"). The Operator holds a valid exterminator licence: אדיר ראובן לב רועה — מדביר מוסמך, מדביר במבנים ובשטח פתוח, רישיון מס' 2310, המשרד להגנת הסביבה, בתוקף עד 2029, in accordance with חוק הסדרת העיסוק בהדברה תברואית, התשע״ו-2016 (Regulation of the Occupation of Sanitary Pest Control Law, 2016).
Browsing the Site, reading its content or sending an enquiry through it constitute full agreement to these terms, to the privacy policy, to the cookie policy and to the accessibility statement, all of which form an integral part of these terms. Anyone who does not agree to these terms, in whole or in part, is asked to refrain from using the Site.
It is clarified that the Site is a marketing landing page only: no selling, buying or payment processing takes place on it, no user accounts are opened on it, and no transactions of any kind are concluded through it.
2. The nature of the content on the Site
The content on the Site — including descriptions of pests, treatment methods, work stages and answers to frequently asked questions — is general marketing information only, and does not constitute a professional opinion, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation for any specific case. Identifying the pest, choosing the treatment method and the products, and matching them to the property are determined solely after a physical inspection on site by a licensed exterminator, according to the conditions of the property and the type and extent of the infestation. The content of the Site must not be relied upon as a substitute for such a professional inspection, and it is not to be regarded as an undertaking to achieve any particular result before an on-site assessment has been carried out.
3. Prices and quotes
No prices are displayed on the Site, and every quote is individual and is given to the customer only after the need has been characterised — by telephone, in writing or during a visit to the property. An enquiry made through the Site, including through the contact form or the call and messaging links, is a request to receive a quote only, and the presentation of the services on the Site is an invitation to make offers — not a binding offer within the meaning of חוק החוזים (חלק כללי), התשל״ג-1973 (Contracts Law (General Part), 1973). A contract for ordering pest control services is formed only by an express and separate agreement between the customer and the Company, outside the Site.
4. Warranty on pest control treatments
The Site contains general references to the warranty policy of the Company, including a warranty of up to one year on most treatments and up to two years on bed bug treatments, together with clarifying notes (asterisks). These references are a general description of the policy of the Company as at the date these terms were updated, and are not a warranty certificate. The scope of the warranty for each treatment, its duration, its conditions and its exclusions — including the obligation of the customer to cooperate in the required preparations, to carry out follow-up treatments on time and to refrain from actions that void the warranty — are determined exclusively in the warranty certificate or in the written service agreement handed to the customer at the time of engagement.
Nothing in these terms derogates from the rights granted to a customer who is a "consumer" under חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ״א-1981 (Consumer Protection Law, 1981), or under any other mandatory law that may not be contracted out of.
5. Ratings, scores and testimonials
The Site displays rating data from external parties — among them a score of 9.57 on Midrag, a 5-star rating on HaMiktzoanim (the Israeli professionals directory) and reviews on Google — correct as at the date noted next to each figure (as at July 2026). These figures are managed by third parties, they are dynamic and may change from time to time, and the Company does not undertake that the score displayed on the Site is identical at any given moment to the current score on the relevant platform. The testimonials displayed on the Site were given by customers of the Company and reflect their personal impressions.
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content — including design, texts, photographs, logos, illustrations and code — belong to the Company or to third parties who have permitted it to use them, and are protected among other things under חוק זכות יוצרים, התשס״ח-2007 (Copyright Law, 2007). The content of the Site, in whole or in part, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written permission from the Company. The photograph of the exterminator licence is displayed on the Site for transparency purposes only, and may not be used for any other purpose.
7. Links and third-party services
The Site includes links to third-party services, among them a link that opens a WhatsApp conversation — a service of Meta Platforms, Inc., subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of its operator — as well as call links (tel:) and links to rating and search platforms such as Google. Use of these services is at the risk of the user and subject to the terms of those services, and the Company is not responsible for their content, their availability or their policies. 8. Limitation of liability in respect of the Site
The Site and its content are offered AS-IS and as available. The Company works to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, however it may contain errors, defects or good-faith inaccuracies (errors and omissions excepted), and the Company does not undertake that the Site will operate continuously, without interruptions or without faults. Subject to the provisions of any law, the Company shall not bear liability for indirect or consequential damage caused as a result of the use of the Site itself, of its content or of its unavailability.
It is expressly clarified: this limitation of liability applies to the use of the Site only, and it does not derogate from the liability of the Company for the pest control services themselves under the service agreement, the warranty certificate or any law; it does not grant an exemption from liability for bodily injury or for damage caused wilfully or by gross negligence; and it shall be construed narrowly and in accordance with the provisions of חוק החוזים האחידים, התשמ״ג-1982 (Standard Form Contracts Law, 1982).
9. Prohibited uses
In using the Site, the user undertakes to refrain, among other things, from the following actions:
- automated harvesting of content from the Site (scraping) or the operation of robots, crawlers and other automated tools other than for legitimate search-engine indexing;
- automated, systematic or abusive use of the contact form, including sending junk enquiries, spam or messages in unusual volume;
- impersonating another person, the Company or anyone on its behalf, or providing false details in an enquiry;
- attempting to harm the security of the Site, to disrupt its operation, to circumvent access restrictions or to make any use contrary to law, including חוק המחשבים, התשנ״ה-1995 (Computers Law, 1995).
10. Minors
The Site and the services of the Company are intended for those aged 18 and over. An enquiry to order a service by a minor requires the approval of a parent or guardian, and the Company is entitled not to engage with anyone who has not reached the age of 18.
11. Contact and response hours
For questions concerning these terms or on any other matter, the Company may be contacted by telephone at 077-9969676 or on WhatsApp at 054-2819646. The Company operates ראשון–שישי (Sunday to Friday), and its service area extends מגדרה ועד חדרה (from Gedera to Hadera). As at the date these terms were updated, the Company does not operate a dedicated email address for enquiries.
12. Changes to these terms
The Company is entitled to update these terms from time to time, among other things following changes to the Site, to the services or to the law. An updated version will be published on this page together with the date of the update and the version number, and will apply from the date of its publication onwards (prospective application) to any use of the Site made after that date. Continued use of the Site after publication of the updated version constitutes agreement to it.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel only. Jurisdiction in any matter concerning these terms or the Site is vested in the competent court in Israel, with the competent courts in the Central District having non-exclusive preference. Nothing in this clause deprives the user of a forum available to them under law, including under חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ״א-1981 (Consumer Protection Law, 1981).
14. Language of these terms
The Hebrew original of these terms is written in the masculine grammatical form for convenience only, and it is addressed to and refers to women, men and all genders alike.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these terms is held to be void, unlawful or unenforceable, that shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force. These terms apply to the use of the Site only; they are not the service agreement between the Company and its customers, and the terms of engagement for the provision of pest control services are set out in the engagement documents handed to the customer as stated in section 4 above. Failure to enforce a provision of these terms in a particular case shall not be deemed a waiver of it.
